Wayne and Philip were amazing. They both were so easy to work with, very professional and just overall great people. They did not push us to do anything. They definitely gave advice and gave us the choice to use it. I’m so glad we came across these gentleman and would gladly recommend them!

Wayne was responsive, informative about the Sarasota market, and took time to understand our real estate goals. We had a great experience working with Wayne and appreciate his hard work to help us close on a nice property.

Phillip had a great personality and didn't make it feel rushed or about him and his abilities. He provided updates as soon as a showing was scheduled or if there was a question needing answered.

I have recommended and will continue to recommend Philip to family and friends needing assistance maneuvering the process of buying and selling of property. Knowledgeable, professional, are just a few of the adjectives to describe Philip. He has the ability to calm nerves during tense situations. Steven Matthew Bernardo
